How exactly does this work?

You purchase a keyword or name which is linked to a website URL address that you chose when you filled out the purchase form. When a viewer clicks on the keyword or name you purchased they are taken to your website.

How do I select or submit a keyword or name?

Navigate to our marketing page. From there you have two choices...

Click on any of the existing keywords that are very small and gray in color.
Submit your own keyword or name choice using one of the submit your own keyword links that are located just above and below the keyword list.

Either method will take you to a purchase form where you can select various display options for your keyword or name - size, bold, color, underline, etc.

I clicked on a keyword and it took me to someone else's website. What's the deal?

That keyword already belongs to someone else.

How can I tell if the keyword I want is already listed?

Simply use the Keyword Search feature at the top right-hand side of the marketing page. It will quickly tell you whether or not any given keyword is already listed on that page.

The keyword I want isn't listed. What should I do?

Click on one of the submit your own keyword links that are located just above and below the keyword list.. That will take you to a form page where you can submit and then purchase your own keyword.

How much does it cost to purchase a keyword?

Each keyword starts with a minimum Base Cost of $10. Additional charges would depend on the different display options you choose such as font size or bold. You can view all the current prices on the keyword form page.

How long will it take for my keyword to go live?

If your payment through PayPal is not delayed, you should see your keyword displayed almost immediately. If you submit your own keyword, it will be added to the system as soon as it's approved (this could take anywhere from 1 to 12 hours).

I purchased a keyword several hours ago. Why hasn't it appeared on the page yet?

Most likely there is a delay in getting confirmation or payment through PayPal. Or, if you submitted your own keyword, it hasn't been approved yet. Rest assured we will add your keyword as soon as possible.

How many keywords can I purchase?

As many as you want.

Are there any restrictions regarding keywords I submit?

Submitted keywords (keywords that are not already listed) can contain from 1 to 4 words. If you submit a keyword with more than 4 words you run the risk of not having it approved.

Are there any other terms or conditions?

You can read all of our current Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the keyword form page (in the Purchase Your Keyword section).

How do I pay for my keyword?

At the bottom of the form page is a Purchase Now button. As soon as you have finished selecting your keyword display choices, click on that button.

What payment system do you use?

We use PayPal exclusively.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase a keyword?

If you don't have a PayPal account you can still purchase a keyword using a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). Just enter your credit card information during the PayPal checkout process to complete the payment.

What happens if you don't accept the keyword I've chosen?

We will suggest one or more alternatives. If none of them are satisfactory, we will give you a full and immediate refund.

How long do I own the keyword(s) I've purchased?

Forever. Or for the length of time the website you've associated with the keyword is still "live" on the internet (see the next question and answer).

What happens if the website I associated with a keyword is shut down permanently or no longer exists?

If a link becomes inactive for any length of time, we will temporarily remove the keyword from the page. At that point, you will have 10 days to supply us with an alternative website and URL address to be associated with that particular keyword. If you cannot supply an alternative site within that time frame, the keyword will then go back on the public market and become available to another buyer.

I changed my mind about owning the keyword(s) I purchased. Can I have my money back?

The only circumstance under which a refund is given is if we do not approve a keyword that was submitted and no alternative keyword can be agreed upon.
